Chocolate

When chocolate is stored in the fridge, it absorbs moisture from the air, causing it to become dull and lose its crispy snap when you bite into it. Additionally, the fluctuating temperature in the fridge can result in what is known as chocolate bloom, where cocoa butter rises to the surface of the bar and forms a grayish-white film.
This not only alters the appearance but also affects the flavor, making it less enjoyable. Instead of refrigerating your chocolates, opt for storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
