“The Summer I Turned Pretty” is based on Jenny Han’s novel trilogy of the same name, created exclusively for Amazon Prime Video. The show stars Lola Tung (Belly) as the central character, a teenager entangled in a complex love triangle with two brothers, portrayed by Christopher Briney (Conrad) and Gavin Casalegno (Jeremiah).
It made its debut on June 17, 2022, with the inaugural season comprising seven episodes. Excitingly, prior to the series premiere, it received an early green light for a second season. In August 2023, the show secured yet another season, promising ten episodes for its third installment.
