Pier Angeli and Marisa Pavan are both Italian actresses and were quite prominent in Hollywood during the 1950s. Angeli was the first one to start her acting career, and she became one of the most popular actresses at the time. Angeli was even awarded a Golden Globe for New Star of The Year in 1952. Her sister, Marisa, had a talent for acting as well and started acting not too long after her sister did.

Marisa was awarded a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in 1956 and joined the ranks of her sister. These fraternal twins were very close to each other and were very proud of one another for making it so far in Hollywood.
