Richard received an email from Kate responding to the second email he sent her that said the boys were his and she wasn’t cheating on him. Kate lied to Richard’s face, and he knew that she was lying as he had a substantial amount of evidence to prove it.

One thing that Richard was missing was a DNA test from his sons to prove that he wasn’t their biological father.
