The person that Ricky recognized was the couple’s doctor that helped them with all their pregnancy doctor’s appointments. Ricky was freaked out that he recognized the doctor and was wondering if he was in some way trying to harm his wife and, even worse, his unborn child.

Ricky was more than willing to give the police as much information as he could on the doctor but really started to get worried about his wife which showed. This led the police to finally hint at why he was taken into custody. Ricky was more than happy to find out what all the commotion was all about.
