Paul Sorvino was best known for his roles in films such as Goodfellas, Reds, and The Rocketeer. Sorvino also portrayed Sergeant Phil Cerreta in the hit television series Law & Order. Sorvino was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actor for his performance in That Championship Season in 1972.

Sorvino will always be remembered as Pauly from the Goodfellas, as his performance was stellar. Sadly, Sorvino passed away at the age of 83 years old from an unknown cause on July 25th. Hollywood will miss Sorvino as he was one actor that knew how to play a serious role.
