The Pokémon card craze that hit in the 90s made some of these cards collectibles back then. Gotta catch ’em all, right? These days, they’re still collectibles — just more valuable. In fact, the first edition of Charizard from 1999 reportedly sold online in 2019 for a whopping $12,499.99.
Just imagine how much they might be worth in the future, even. Especially when you take into account just how many more Pokémon there are these days. Is it even possible to catch them all by this point?
