Meryl Streep and Don Gummer have been married for over 40 years and are still crazy about each other. The couple first met in 1978 as Streep’s brother introduced them. They got married only six months after they met as they knew that they were meant for each other.
The couple has four children together who have either taken up acting or have become musicians. Streep agrees that their marriage has had its ups and downs, but she is glad that she stuck by her husband’s side. The two are still happily married and always look forward to their anniversary.
