Browning first gained attention for her role as Violet Baudelaire in the film adaptation of Lemony Snicket’s “A Series of Unfortunate Events” (2004). She later appeared in the thriller “Sucker Punch” (2011). Apart from her acting work, Browning also pursued a music career and released an album titled “Emily Browning” in 2011.

Known for her distinctive appearance, Browning has taken on different roles in both independent and mainstream projects. Some of her other works include “Sleeping Beauty,” “Pompeii,” “Legend,” and her involvement in the TV series adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s “American Gods.”
