If you live in Nashville, you’ve probably spent some time browsing Craigslist to save money on items you may need. After all, over the years, Craigslist has become one of the most popular websites for people looking to buy and sell items quickly. Unlike other popular sites like Ebay and Amazon, Craigslist allows users to list items for free, and then meet up and sell for cash as opposites to completing the transaction online. While this method is great for people who are looking to make transactions quickly, it also opens the door some potentially bizarre situations. While there are plenty of people on the site who are using it for its intended purpose, there are also plenty of others whose posts will leave you scratching your head. If you’re looking for ducks that can “fly for about five seconds”, Craigslist Nashville is the place to go. Sure, posting animals on Craigslist isn’t all that strange, but there’s just something about this post that seems a little off. Hopefully this ducks find a great home, and don’t end up being the main attraction on somebody’s plate, but this is one of those times where you really have to wonder, who is even on Craigslist searching for this kind of thing.
Sometimes, there’s nothing better than some good ol fashion revenge, but this person might be taking it a little too far. Sure, his/her boyfriend shouldn’t have cheated, but what’s done is done, and filling his truck with dirty diapers isn’t going to do anything but make the situation really stinky. Plus, this person is probably going to have a pretty tough time finding any takers since the “For Sale” section of Craigslist is for people who are actually selling things.
It goes without saying that prom is one of the biggest events of any teenager’s high school career. But while some students have no problem finding a date, others really struggle with deciding whether or not they’re just going to go alone. Well, there’s one student in Nashville whose doing everything he can to not have to show up with an empty arm. As you can see, this guy has gone to pretty extreme measures to secure a date to the big event, and he’s even gone as far as offering a free meal. You can’t knock his creativity and courage, but Craigslist probably isn’t the best place to find a prom date.
Okay, obviously heath in general is nothing to joke about, and trying to find an organ donor is a serious matter, but you’ve got to admit you turned your head to the side a little when you saw this one. You never know until you try, but Craigslist seems like a very unlikely place to find a kidney donor. After all, would you be willing to undergo surgery to get one of your organs removed because of an ad you saw on Craigslist? If you’re like a lot of people, the answer is probably no. Hopefully; however, this person does find a donor soon.
Wedding ceremony and dinner guests
People in Nashville have found some pretty creative ways to use Craigslist, but this is definitely one of the best. Although a wedding is supposed to be one of the biggest and most memorable days in a person’s life, and most people spend ridiculous amounts of time and money on making sure that the day goes off without a hitch. Unfortunately for this couple, the struggle is real and they’ve had to reach out to the world wide web to find guests for their wedding and reception. Although this might seem like a weird request, the offer of Olive Garden is likely to have a few people volunteering as tribute. Plus, attending this wedding will certainly give you a story to tell.
