Paraskevi Papachristou
Paraskevi is a professional Greek athlete and champion in the long and triple jump categories. She represented Greece at the European U23 Championships, winning two gold medals. Paraskevi was, however, banned from representing Greece at the 2012 London Olympics because she made a racist post on Twitter a year before while representing her country at the World Championships.
She did bounce back with a bronze medal at the 2016 World Indoor Championships in Portland and another bronze medal at the European championship. When she first appeared on the scene she had everyone mesmerized with her looks and so she had everyone asking, “who is Paraskevi Papachristou?”
