Listing of the Day: $159 Million Waterfront Estate in Florida

front path leading up to home

Florida is one of the country’s most popular places to live and visit. With its combination of great weather and beautiful scenery it doesn’t take much looking to see why Florida is so special. With that being said, it should also come as no surprise that Florida is home to some pretty pricey real estate. After all, if you want to live in paradise – you’re going to have to pay for it. Well, it looks like one of Florida’s — and America’s — most expensive pieces of real estate just got even more expensive. A 47,774 square foot waterfront home located in Hillsboro Beach just went from $139 million to $159 million. With such a high asking price, you can probably guess that this property has a lot to offer, and is nothing short of a palace. The home has 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and the luxury doesn’t just stop there. In fact, this house has everything that you could imagine – and then some.

Inside the home, there is an Australian chandelier that is more than 100 years old, an ice skating rink, a go-kart track, and an IMAX theater. On top of that, the property rests along more than 400 feet of coastline and also has its own dock. The home also boasts amazing views and plenty of space for hosting gatherings and entertaining guests. With a house like this, who would ever need to go anywhere? Check out the photos of this $159 million waterfront estate in Florida.
