Philadelphia is one of the most historic cities in America, and there are lots of amazing places to go and see. But while exploring American history is great, when it comes to living in the city, most people prefer something with a modern touch. Bridge by Brown|Hill Development and GLUCK+ Architects plans to offer just that. The project, which is located at 205 Race Street, will offer amazing modern apartments, office, and retail space in Old City. The 17-story building will house 146 units which includes studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and penthouses. According to a description of the project, “The building was strategically designed to be environmentally conscious and constructed in respect to the surrounding community. Bridge was built to mesh seamlessly with the existing residential buildings in order to keep the integrity of the historic homes that it is adjoined with on Race Street.”
The building’s location also means that residents will be able to easily explore Old City. Amenities in the building will include amazing views of the city, a fitness center, a co-work space, and outdoor entertainment areas. Those looking for luxurious living in Old City will certainly appreciate all that the Bridge has to offer.
