When you are as successful and accomplished as writer, director and actor Tyler Perry you would expect to have a fine home. However, to say that Perry’s 17-acre estate in Atlanta is phenomenal would be a classic understatement. And to call it an A-Lister home might even be considered somewhat of a diss. The 34,688-square-foot mansion has everything a millionaire (or anyone) could want, including an underground ballroom, 11.5 bathrooms, and a two-level parking garage. If you have a net worth of $400 million like Perry does then why not surround yourself with abundance?
According to Variety, Perry is ready to move on…..well that’s if a potential buyer can afford the $25 million price tag. Perry is reportedly leaving the massive seven bedroom home to build a new estate on newly acquire mammoth 1000-acre property. While we can’t wait to see what Perry is going to come up with in his new estate, it’s kind of hard to imagine leaving a home with its own fitness center, spa, and home theater would be to go for “something better.”
Assuming Perry makes his new home as amazing as the one he is selling, we’re pretty sure he’ll continue to host the likes of Oprah and President Obama for years to come.
